Derek writes: Please can I say a big thank you to all those who came along to the Churchyard Market this morning, nearly £1300 was raised for Church running costs, with a special mention to Tom at Gravetye Manor who kindly donated many of his lovely plants ( particularly Tomatoes & Strawberries ) to the plant stall.
Likewise to all those who made cakes, served, carried and packed up. Also to the volunteers who worked in the Churchyard on Tuesday afternoon.
Anna – Marie, Christine & Karen dead – headed the flowered daffodils and fed them with fertiliser, also Bill & Richard for scrapping moss off the paths and David for helping me plant. Together we can have fun, a good chat and achieve much.
