There’s so much planned for the day, where to start? Well, our local MP, Mims Davies will be opening the Fair at midday, then the fabulous Andy Hiccup will be on hand to entertain children and adults alike, there’ll be loads of individual stalls, WI Teas in the Village Hall, street food, some special Tudor guests and the terrific Warbleton Brass Band to provide a soundtrack. Make sure you’re there!

The 2025 West Hoathly Street Fair on Saturday 5th July is coming up fast!
For this event to function smoothly we require volunteers.
There are several ways you can help…
1) Friday at 12 Noon in the Churchyard: Assemble the Street fair stalls ready for the next day & move some tables from the Village Hall.
2) Sat. at 9.0 a.m. move stalls onto the street, chairs & help set up Gazebos.
3) Sat at 10 – 10.45 a.m. Help stall holders set up in the Church & Street
4) Marshalling Road Closure barriers.
There are 3 barriers, i) North Lane, by the Village Hall.
ii) Church Hill.
iii) Near Luctons / The Priest House.
Starting at 9.45 – 11.0 a.m.
11 – 12 a.m.
12 – 1.0 pm.
1 – 2.0 p.m.
2 – 3.0 p.m.
3 – 5.0 p.m.
As you can see we require 18 volunteers doing one session or less if you are able to cover 2 slots.
