How are you going to spend Lent, this period leading up to Easter ? Traditionally we are encouraged to pray, fast ( give things up ) and give alms to the poor.
St. David the Patron Saint of Wales ( 1st March ) lived everyday with the maxim: be joyful, stay faithful and carry on doing the little things ( acts of kindness ).
