Concert of Organ Favourites followed by High Tea 3.00 p.m. Sunday 18th March in Church.

Michael Heighway will perform an hour long programme of organ favourites followed by tea.
Michael is Janet Slater’s grandson – in – law and is now a music teacher at Sevenoaks School. Snippets from his cv include: Chorister at St.Georges’s Windsor, Eton music Scholar, 1st Class Honours Degree in Music at Oxford.
He has played in cathedrals around the World including,

Illustrated Talk from Tom Coward, Gravetye Head Gardener “Developing an Historic Garden”

Wednesday 11th April 7.30 p.m. at St. Margaret’s Church.
Tom arrived at Gravetye Manor as Head Gardener in 2010 and took on the challenge of restoring William Robinson’s historic gardens to their former glory. He has worked in gardening since the age of 15, spending 3 years as assistant head to Fergus Garrett at Great Dixter giving him experience in two of England’s premier gardens.
